I did the Keto Beef and Butter Fast Experiment for a full of 4 days.
Every day I drank enough water for my body and I drank an extra large Powerade Zilch for electrolytes.  I dear the Orange, Bluish, and Xanthous Powerade Aught flavors but learned that I tin can't stand up the ruby-red.  Yuck!  I've also learned these sell out pretty fast in the stores.  I had to hitting upwards 2 stores before I institute flavors I liked.  Some of the flavors I am only able to find on Amazon.

Breakfast
2 cups of butter coffee
(If you lot prefer to eat breakfast I would suggest dividing up the meat and butter portions for the day between 3 instead of the 2 I did.  Or, some other friend of mine had bone goop with butter for breakfast instead of butter coffee.  Great idea!)

Luncheon

Breakfast
two cups of butter java

Lunch
1 loving cup well-seasoned basis beef with three tablespoons of butter.  (Seasoned with garlic, salt, and onion powder) but this time I added a small corporeality of grilled onions (virtually 1 teaspoon total because I know they take carbs).

Dinner

Notes:  Some days I simply wasn't that hungry.  I e'er served myself a full cup of ground beefiness and butter simply I know there were a few times that I only ate ane/2 cup or 3/4 loving cup.  I didn't accept whatever cravings or hunger control issues.  It was a really good feeling!

I don't normally weigh myself every day considering I am not a fan of the scale only I did weight myself during this test to see what my results would be.  I started weighing myself the side by side forenoon at the same time every morning.  Here are the results:

What I learned during this Keto Beef and Butter Fast Experiment

The biggest takeaway for me during this whole experiment was that I really needed to upwardly my fat intake mode more than I realized!  I add way more healthy fats to every repast I eat.  I went out to eat fish the other day and made the waiter bring me real butter from the kitchen.  I recall this beef and butter fast was the easiest plan to fit my very busy 24-hour interval because the prep was next to nothing to practice.  I definitely programme to do this beef and butter fast once more if I e'er striking another stall.  I yet accept plenty of pounds to shed!

Afterward this beefiness and butter fast I did go back to eating on my regular Keto Nutrition program.  So far I am all the same losing… Yesterday I had butter java for breakfast (x2), a huge salad, grilled fish topped with butter and a big side of squash when I went out for lunch with a friend. For dinner, I had a serving of Halo Acme and about 4 pork rinds. I also drank my water and a Powerade zero. I am down 0.7 lbs. It's slowing downwards simply nonetheless moving downwards for me. I recall we are all dissimilar as well. For me, I was only losing about 0.5 lb a week and then sometimes I would bounce dorsum and forth betwixt the same 2 lbs a month!  This is a big difference for me!  HUGE!
